Our mission is to empower underprivileged children and young adults through our comprehensive educational programs – Educate 2 Success (E2S) and Educate 2 Graduate (E2G). These programs provide the necessary resources, support, and opportunities to help students build brighter futures for themselves and their communities.
Educate 2 Success (E2S)
Helping Children Stay in School
Millions of children in India do not attend school due to poverty, neglect, or discrimination. Through our Educate 2 Success program, we help these at-risk students complete their education and develop into compassionate, confident, and productive individuals capable of achieving financial independence.
Our Approach: E2S adopts the 3E approach: Educate, Empower, and Equip for Employability. In doing so, we provide:
- High-Quality Education: Skilled, caring instructors teach subjects such as math and English.
- School Supplies: Educational materials including textbooks, uniforms, and school bags.
- Weekend Classes and Recreational Activities: Workshops designed to boost confidence and holistic development.
- Home Visits: In-home counseling to ensure students receive support from their families and communities.
- Cost-Effective Impact: For just $137, your gift can ensure that a student’s education needs are covered for a full year.
Current Projects
Digital Divide
As digital skills become increasingly important, many students from rural and low-income families face a gap in access to the internet, computers, and other technologies. To meet this need, the Y4D Foundation, supported by Share & Care, establishes Digital Training and Resource Centers (DTRCs) in remote areas of Maharashtra, Gujarat, and Uttar Pradesh, providing 5th- through 10th-grade students quality digital skills education and preparing them for the future. One lab can be built and run for just $30,000 in various locations across India. This one-time investment can have a lasting impact for each student who passes through its doors.
Holistic Guidance
We aim to guide students holistically. Our NGO partner, Light of Life Trust, works diligently to assess and holistically support each student entering the program, called Project Anando. Together, we provide high-quality education opportunities and materials to the children, holding remedial education classes, hosting confidence-building weekend workshops, counseling parents, training teachers, and more. Approximately 89% of these students graduate from high school and pursue higher education or secure jobs.
Force for Change
Working with the SPRJK Trust, we provide educational opportunities to 200 girls who live in the slums of Mumbai, where more than one million girls have no access to schooling. Without an education, girls often become victims of child labor, child marriage, and domestic violence. Through this program we provide these girls everything they need to attend school and realize their full potential.

Bridging the Gap to Higher Education
Across India, thousands of brilliant young scholars have the desire, determination, and aptitude to attain a college education but cannot afford the high cost of tuition and other educational expenses. Most of these students come from low-income families who have had limited access to education and employment opportunities for generations, leaving them unable to escape the cycle of poverty. The goal of our Educate 2 Graduate (E2G) Signature Program is to make higher education a reality for these bright yet underprivileged scholars.
Key Facets of E2G
- Collaboration: We work with five NGO partners in India, including HEST and SNT in Gujarat, LPF and Y4D in Maharashtra, and Kalanjiyam in Tamil Nadu.
- Selection Criteria: Students are in the top 10% of their high school class and come from families with incomes of less than $2,500 USD per year.
- Support System: Students receive both emotional and financial support, access to mentors, and personal and professional development opportunities.
